Fort Peck Seniors

PLEASE CONSIDER JOINING THE FORT PECK SENIOR CITIZENS:

DUES ARE $10.00/SINGLE & $15.00/COUPLE FOR ONE YEAR

CAN GET AS INVOLVED AS YOU CHOOSE IN THE FOLLOWING:

1.Monthly Potlucks held at the Fish Hatchery with quarterly meetings being held in April, July, October, and January (after the end of each quarter).

**Socialize with other folks, enjoy a great meal, plan events to raise money that is then used to help local organizations.

2.Annual Turkey Dinner Potluck with all the trimmings—what a feast!!

3.Annual Turkey Soup Potluck the month after above. Includes homemade turkey noodle and turkey dumpling soups plus complementary potluck items.

4.“Slam the Dam” fun walk/run across Fort Peck Dam the 3rd Saturday in March as a fundraiser.

5.Highway Clean-up from Highway 24 down to Fish Hatchery and beyond, depending on how many volunteers we have.

6.Annual Barbecue Hamburger Potluck held in June each year. We try, weather permitting, to have it outdoors in Kiwanis Park (Downstream Campground).

7.Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser held in Kiwanis Park (Downstream Campground) in conjunction with Glasgow Invitational Cross Country Meet.

8.Fort Peck Lake t-shirt/sweatshirt Sales Fundraiser.

1.Valley County Community Pool

2.Hyline Hyzers Frisbee Golf Course

3.Fort Peck Theater; AM Theatricals Theater Camp

4.Veterans’ Memorial Park

5.Rental Tables/Chairs: 10 8-foot tables & 80 chairs w/Trailer for transport

6.Purchased “Welcome to Fort Peck” signs

7.Purchased and made flower pots to hang on light poles on Missouri Ave. in the summer

8.Valley County Combined Campaign

9.Pitboss Griddle: purchased rather than continuing to borrow for events
